When we came the room was facing the next hotel room window which was not ideal, We asked if we can be moved to another room since we didnt want to meet our neighbors that way. They accomodated our request andwas very helpful. Thank you Farm and Armmy for assisting Breakfast was good, lots of options i enjoyed the soup and noodle since it was warm and delicious Location was very good, near everything and they provide a free buggy service to the train, massage area, shopping area just ask them and they will take you to the nearest one. Shoutout to Pong for always taking and picking us up after 18k step touring Free massages on Tuesdays and Fridays, they have free popcorn and drinks in the lobby and the touring agent sitting in th hotel was really heplful, thank you Rose for arranging our tours.

This thoughtful service truly enhanced our overall experience at the hotel.

The croissants were a bit dry, almost like from the day before, and a little cheese would have been a nice addition. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back!

Plus at the hotel loppy there are many small things offered to tourists such as home made ice sreams, popcorn, head massage every tuesday and thursday 15 mins each customer, opportunity to try on traditional costumes, which made our staying more enjoyable.
